On May 6, NextPoint Group<\/a> (NPG), a Godspeed Capital Management LP<\/a> backed platform providing technology and mission enablement solutions for the intelligence and defense communities, announced the acquisition of UScontracting<\/a>, a top provider of software development solutions focused on cybersecurity, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and data analysis.<\/p>\n

\u201cUScontracting represents an ideal fit for our platform,\u201d said Ron Kattas, CEO at NPG. \u201cThe company\u2019s capabilities, customer access, and talented team align closely with NPG\u2019s strategy to build and scale a differentiated, provider of mission-focused technologies and solutions. We\u2019re excited to partner with their leadership and talented teams to accelerate growth.\u201d<\/p>\n

Based outside of Annapolis, MD, UScontracting has built a stellar track record of execution, deep customer relationships and a reputation for operational excellence, which will further NPG\u2019s ability to serve national security customers with high-impact solutions. NPG will support UScontracting\u2019s organic growth opportunities through the combined platform\u2019s capabilities, while pursuing complementary acquisitions to further NPG\u2019s differentiated capability and technology offerings. UScontracting marks the first acquisition for NPG, which was acquired by Godspeed Capital in November 2025.<\/p>\n
