The deadline for white papers has been extended to April 24.<\/p>\n<p>The Government seeks solutions from responsible sources capable of providing,\u00a0operating, and maintaining SCIF space to\u00a0support companies performing work on classified national security missions.<\/p>\n<p>The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) (henceforth known as the\u00a0Sponsor) anticipates potentially awarding one or more Prototype Other Transaction (OT)\u00a0agreement(s) under the authority described in 10 U.S.C \u00a7 4022 as modified by 50 U.S.C, \u00a7\u00a03024(n)(6). The Sponsor anticipates making multiple awards under this solicitation,\u00a0subject to the availability of funds. The Sponsor anticipates that the total value of all\u00a0agreements awarded as a result of this solicitation will not exceed $2M for Prototype OT\u00a0award(s) under this effort.<\/p>\n<p>The Sponsor seeks prototype projects that demonstrate the establishment or provision of\u00a0accredited SCIF space, including buildout (if required), accreditation support, and\u00a0compliance with applicable IC and Department of War standards. Projects should propose\u00a0an operational concept, described in unclassified terms, covering access controls, secure\u00a0classified IT\/connectivity (as permitted), security management, badging, visitor control,\u00a0and facility administration.<\/p>\n<p>The Sponsor is receptive to a range of approaches, including\u00a0commercially sustainable models with tenant-appropriate pricing structures that can be\u00a0scaled and replicated across multiple sites.
