Responses are due by 12:00 p.m. Eastern on January 21.<\/p>\n<p>DHS S&amp;T requires professional scientific, technical and programmatic assistance services to support efforts in research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&amp;E) to S&amp;T. S&amp;T\u2019s programmatic portfolio requires scientific and technical (ST) support that can identify, apply and explore techniques across a full spectrum of scientific and technical disciplines.
