A seasoned executive with over 25 years of operational experience, Slijepcevic recently served as president of Electronic Solutions at Honeywell Aerospace, a diversified technology and manufacturing company serving customers in commercial air transport, defense, space, business and general aviation and urban air mobility. In this role, Slijepcevic led a business unit of more than 6,000 engineering, product, and business development professionals across more than 20 global engineering and manufacturing sites, helping grow the business to over $4.5 billion. Previously, Slijepcevic served as Honeywell Aerospace’s president of mechanical systems and components, where he led strategy and operational improvement and execution, driving the business unit’s growth to nearly $3.5 billion.

Curtis brings more than 30 years of proven leadership experience as a multi-time CEO in the government technology industry, and more than 15 years’ experience partnering with Veritas. He most recently served as chairman and CEO of Perspecta, a leading U.S. government IT solutions and services provider, recently acquired by Veritas as part of Peraton. Prior to that, Curtis was the president and CEO of Vencore, a provider of highly technical government technology solutions, and Vangent, a provider of information technology and business process outsourcing to government customers. Both Vencore and Vangent were former Veritas portfolio companies. As chairman, Curtis will work closely with the Board and the Company’s executive team to drive strategy and execution at Cubic.

Swindell joins Perspecta after a nearly 20-year career at Booz Allen Hamilton serving in roles of increasing responsibilities throughout her tenure, most recently serving as senior vice president of the company’s U.S. departments of Justice, Homeland Security and Transportation accounts. Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton, Swindell held roles at American Management Systems, American Skiing Company and Star Petroleum Refining Corporation.

Mike Lawrie, who has served as Perspecta’s chairman since its launch in 2018, announced his retirement from the board effective at the end of his current term on August 5, 2020. Philip Nolan, the current lead independent director, will continue to serve in this role following Lawrie’s retirement.

The mission of the EL2 program is to increase the USAF’s cyber situational awareness by implementing an enterprise-wide logging architecture. On the program, Perspecta will work with the USAF to deploy a global enterprise logging architecture that integrates base-level log storage, forwarding and query capabilities with existing central management and reporting capabilities.

The purpose of the ITES-3S contract vehicle is to provide the U.S. Army with a full range of enterprise-level IT services and solutions to satisfy and support its Enterprise Network Vision worldwide. This vision includes transforming the Army network by retaining the best of its current capabilities and developing improved interoperable functionality through new technology solutions and services. Under the contract, Perspecta will compete for task orders in the areas of cybersecurity, integration, consolidation, telecommunications, supply chain management, operation and maintenance, business process engineering, and education and training.

Specific work will include: the design, development, upgrade and certification support of signal processing systems; operational, maintenance, and sustainment support; systems engineering and production support; data acquisition, processing, analysis, and reporting; and associated information technologies and information assurance support.

The NMSS-NOC program is the focal point for network troubleshooting, performance monitoring and coordination with affiliated networks for CBP’s IT environment. Under the contract, Perspecta will ensure the NOC is supported and running 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year. Specifically, the company will use IT service management tools, automation and analytics to enhance the customer experience using a more proactive and predictive posture to resolve issues before they impact the end user.
